Return Policy

Return Policy:

Adorn Decor's Design Team carefully selects each item we have brought to our store, however we understand that you may need to return your purchase. 

- We will gladly accept returns of merchandise that are unopened and unused that comply with our return policy.

- To begin the refund process, please complete the Return Authorization Form at the bottom of this page, within 7 business days of the date you received the product.

- Once we have received and approved your return request, you will receive an Authorization Number and Form that are to be filled out and sent back on the outside of the unopened and original product packaging. - This includes all original packaging material and original factory information and paperwork. Do not write or put any markings on the outside of the packaging. 

- Once your Authorization Number has been issued, the product must be returned via your preferred carrier within 10 business days. Please note on Customs Label that "Contents are a Return of Purchased Goods”. You can consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item in good condition. We are unable to process a refund if the item has not been received or if it has arrived with damage.

 - Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping/and or customs fees or any additional charges. Shipping and/or duty charges in either direction are non-refundable. 

 - Please allow 10 business days for the refund to post back to your account, upon our receiving and inspecting of the item.

 - All gift cards, custom orders, seasonally marked items, on sale items, and discounted/doorbuster/clearance items are non-refundable/final sale. 

Should these policies not be followed, your purchase will unfortunately be returned to sender.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Adorn Decor inspects all of our products for quality prior to shipping.  If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please take images of the product/packaging and do not remove any further packaging.

Please send us an email at support@adorndecor.co within 48 hours of the date that you received the product. In your email please include: Product Images, your Full Name, the Email Associated with Purchase, the Order Number, and a Short Description of the issue. You will then receive a response in regards to approval and instructions on how to proceed.

Please do not throw out any of the packaging or the product(s) until fully resolved.

All policies must be followed in order to achieve complete resolution, thank you for understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please reach out to Adorn Decor as soon as possible if you have noticed you have entered an incorrect address. We will do our best to update the shipping address prior to delivery, however we cannot guarantee this will be possible. 

Should there have been an inaccurate shipping address/delivery information entered at checkout, and your package was returned to Adorn Decor, you will be contacted by Adorn Decor to discuss a resolution. If you would like to make a second shipping attempt following the corrected information, the second attempt shipping costs will be billed to you in full. Prior to a second shipment attempt, we will do our best to get our shipping quote as low as possible and will then have it sent to you for approval and payment in full (please note, this amount will not include any additional duties/fees and will be the customers responsibility). Please note, the original shipping fee and/or any duty fees or additional charges associated with the first shipment attempt is non-refundable and in full responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to have your product shipped out to you as soon as possible following this resolution.

Should the package have been delivered and accepted by an incorrect address provided by the customer, we unfortunately are unable to reimburse any shipping/product charges associated with this order. 

Should you wish to receive a refund rather than attempt a second delivery, we will refund your original method of payment within 10 business days, less the cost of the original shipping fee that was paid as well as any additional duties/fees that are owed.
